At the farm we planting both Matooke and Bogoya edible cultivars of Banana.
The banana is an edible fruit, botanically a berry,[1][2] produced by several kinds of large herbaceous, flowering plants in the genus Musa.[3] In Uganda the bananas used for cooking are called Matooke in the local language (Luganda) or plantains in the English.
